Our Story: Meet the Team Behind Quilt Kits & Cuts

Welcome to Quilt Kits & Cuts! We’re so glad you’re here. If you’ve ever dreamed of finding a shop where fabric, creativity, and community all come together—well, you’re in the right place.

We’re a mother-daughter team with roots right here in Raleigh, NC. Our journey started the way a lot of great stories do: with hours spent side by side, trading stories and swapping fabric scraps over humming sewing machines. What began as a shared love for the color and texture of fabric grew into a full-blown family adventure—a little dream that blossomed into Quilt Kits & Cuts.

For us, quilting has always meant more than just making something beautiful (though we love that part, too!). It’s about connection—between mothers and daughters, friends, neighbors, and anyone who finds joy in creating something with their own two hands. That’s the spirit we bring to our shop, and it’s what we hope you feel every time you stop by, whether in person or online.

Our goal is simple:

• Share only the best: Every fabric and kit on our shelves is carefully chosen—if we wouldn’t use it in our own projects, you won’t find it here.
