Shipping policy

At Quilt Kits and Cuts, every order is packed with care and attention to detail. Because most fabric is cut to order, please allow a short processing period before shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
During sales, holidays, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

We’ll send a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS or UPS, depending on the order.
We do not ship internationally and cannot accommodate customs, VAT, or duty fees.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or theft after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Double-check your address and surroundings (mailbox, porch, etc.)

  2. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted it.

  3. Contact your local post office or UPS office directly.

If you still cannot locate it after contacting the carrier, please email quiltkitsandcuts@gmail.com — we’ll do what we can to assist, though replacements for lost/stolen packages are not guaranteed.


Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because fabric is cut to order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once cutting has begun.
If you need to update your order or shipping address, email quiltkitsandcuts@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll help if it hasn’t entered processing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at quiltkitsandcuts@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
