Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because fabric is cut to order and cannot be returned to the bolt, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please double-check measurements, quantities, and fabric selections before checking out.
This policy applies to:

Yardage, half-yards, fat quarters, jelly rolls, layer cakes, charm packs, and other pre-cuts

Kits, bundles, remnants, and mystery/clearance items

Patterns (printed or digital) and gift cards
Color variation can occur between screens and real life; monitor differences are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exception)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can make it right.
How to report an issue (within 3 days of delivery):

Include clear photos of the item, the packing slip, and the shipping box/packaging.

Keep all packaging until we respond.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions; unauthorized returns will be refused.
We cannot replace or refund for issues caused after delivery (e.g., cutting mistakes, washing/bleeding, pet damage, odors, or general wear). Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery scans must be handled through the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed only before cutting/processing begins. We move quickly—email quiltkitsandcuts@gmail.com immediately and we’ll help if possible. Once cutting starts or an order ships, it’s final.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
U.S. Orders Only (No International Sales)
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only and do not ship internationally. We do not handle customs, duties, VAT, or international returns. Orders placed via freight forwarders are final sale and at the buyer’s risk.
Because we do not sell/ship to the EU, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Refund Timing (when approved under the exception)
If a refund is approved for a damaged/incorrect item, we’ll issue it to the original payment method once the return (if required) is received and inspected, or once we confirm the issue via photos. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
